Martin “Champ” Goldman, Esq., is the Managing Partner at Harkavy, Goldman, Goldman & Gerstein.
Champ Goldman is a well-known New Jersey criminal attorney, who has been practicing law for 42 years. He received his J.D. degree from Rutgers University and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the Bar in 1967.
Mr. Goldman is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the law, especially Criminal Law. Brian M. Gerstein is a Partner at Harkavy Goldman, Goldman & Gerstein (HGG&G). He received his B.A. degree with High Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1991 and his J.D., cum laude from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994. He was a member of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal from 1992-1994 and the recipient of the Chicago Title Insurance Real Property Award in 1994. His experience includes clerking for the Honorable Edward R. Schwartz, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1994 and New York in 1996. He also is a member of the Essex County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations.
In his 16 years of practice, Mr. Gerstein has gained a wide range of experience in various areas of the law, including Commercial Litigation, Municipal Court Practice, Matrimonial Law, Municipal Law and Litigation, Employment Law and Litigation, Insurance Litigation and Defense, Banking Litigation and Foreclosure, and Appellate Practice. The primary focus of Mr. Gerstein’s practice is Personal Injury, including auto, truck accidents, slip and falls, products liability, premises liability, construction-site accidents, wrongful death claims, and medical malpractice claims on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
